Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and your budgets and data carry over automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days you can choose a paid plan to continue. If you decide not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only and you can still export all of your data.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes, annual billing saves approximately two months compared to paying monthly. Contact us and we will set up the annual terms for your preferred plan.
Are there setup fees?
No. Starter and Growth have no setup fees. Enterprise engagements may include a one-time onboarding fee depending on the complexity of your integrations and training needs.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is based on the number of entities, users, and any custom requirements such as SSO or dedicated analyst hours. Request a quote and we will respond within one business day.
